James Thompson has lived in the New Albany Housing Authority neighborhood of Parkview for 55 years--including his current residence on Morgan Ave for the past 28 years. According to Thompson, the area was once full of good working class people who took pride in property upkeep, but has seen a recent decline due to drug-related crime. 9/20/17
