A quad rugby exhibition match kicked off the annual National Veterans Wheelchair Games at the Kentucky International Convention Center on Thursday morning. The weekend long event will host over 600 veterans and is co-presented between the Department of Veterans Affairs and Paralyzed Veterans of America. 7/11/19
